Observation: - Miscellaneous items stored in 2 compartment sink at the back making it not available for use. Opened paint can and sharps container present on counter behind sink.
Corrective Action(s): - Re-organize back storage area so that 2 compartment sink is available for manual warewashing of items (ie. milk/cream containers, hot chocolate machine spouts, ice scoop, coffee containers etc).
- Store paint and sharps containers in a designated area away from food and not on dishwashing sink counter.
- Remove any items not required for the food premises. [Correction date: 1 week]

- Store area maintained in sanitary condition. Back storage area requires cleaning/organizing as per violation code 306 above.
- Interior of ice machine appears clean. Ice scoop stored in bag. *Ensure ice scoop is being washed and sanitized routinely.

- Liquid soap and paper towel present at handwashing sink and in staff/public washroom.

- Bleach present to sanitize coffee/hot chocolate machine items, cream/milk containers and ice scoop. ***These items are to be washed in the 2 compartment sink in the back. Ensure sink is always available/accessible for this purpose. Sink was cleared of contents at time of the inspection.
