304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: 1. Rodent droppings have not been fully removed from the equipment room. There are still droppings along the corners, especially behind shelving. Corrective Action(s): 1. Facility manager has decided to remove both shelving units from equipment room by next week. 2. All areas with rodent droppings are to be saturated with 1 part bleach, 9 parts water. 3. Seal off all potential entry points, especially around the baseboards / walls. 4. Ensure back door of cafeteria lobby is fully sealed. There is currently a 1" gap near the bottom. Facility manager has decided to install a plate to prevent rodent entry near the bottom.
