Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing thermometers inside the prep cooler and upright cooler.
Corrective Action(s): The operator placed thermometers inside the coolers at the time of the inspection. Ensure to have working thermometers inside all refrigeration units to monitor the temperature.

- The main handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Surface sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.9C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator implements own pest control management system.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.
