Routine inspection conducted: Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water All coolers at 4 deg C or less Freezers at -18 deg C or less Sanitizer red rag buckets and plastic trays at 200 ppm QUATS (sanitizers are on a timer ) General sanitation excellent High temperature dishwasher achieved 77 deg C on rinse cycle (minimum 71 deg C req'd) No signs of pests at time of inspection, checked rodent traps by the exterior door and they were empty FOODSAFE certified staff on site
