Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 0 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): The sanitizer bucket was almost empty and was replaced during the inspection. Afterwards, the dishwasher measured 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.

Comments

-Ensure that the dishwasher chlorine level during the final rinse cycle is checked daily. Chlorine test strips are needed.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C, with the exception of the back chest freezer which was turned off.
No evidence of pests.
Ice machine was clean.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
