- All handsinks are adequately stocked with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers- walk-in cooler, upright storage, drink coolers(2), display sandwich coolers are measured at temperatures less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is measured at -22C
- Sanitizer solution in bucket with cleaning cloth is measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Hot holding unit (steam table and hot plate for sandwiches) are measured at greater than 60C.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE training is verified at the time of inspection
