. Follow up conducted to initial inspection . Findings: - Paper towel dispenser installed at handwash sink located in the back. - Updated floor plan received reflecting the current layout. - Pizza prep cooler recorded at ambient temperature of 4 C. - Walk in cooler recorded at 4.8 C - Operator stated that display sweet cooler will not be used. Please remove this cooler offsite if it is not part of facility operation. If you wish to use it in future please notify your district EHO for approval. - Operator stated that technician will be called to move chemical buckets off the high temp dishwasher. . Cheque #000624 payable to Fraser Health in the amount of $62.50 received during inspection. . HEALTH APPROVAL GRANTED.
