Comments

Hand delivered the invoice letter to operator.

Routine inspection was conducted and following were observed:
- Handsink is supplied with hot and cold running water
- Walk-in cooler and pizza prep coolers less than 4C
- Freezers (2) less than -18C
- Hot holding unit not in use due to fasting days. Busy only after 8pm these days
- Sanitizer solution is available , 100ppm concentration bleach solution
- Three compartment sink available for dishwashing
- All food covered and protected from contamination
- No evidence of pest activity
