- General sanitation is good
- Handwashing station stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (display, undercounter) < or = to 4C
- All freezers (walk in) < or = to -18C
- Milk steamer sanitized after each use with Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Please follow the proper manual dishwashing procedure: 1) wash 2) rinse 3) sanitize 4) air dry. Quat sanitizer available at 200 ppm solution.
- Surface sanitizer was available at 200 ppm Quat. Changed every 2 hours.
- Dry storage area is good.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Ensure to keep copies of all FOODSAFE certificates on site for review by the health inspector.
