304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Cockroaches (alive) noted around side and back of dishwasher. Cockroach bait has been placed around base of unit. Some dead roaches noted. Corrective Action(s): Ensure cockroaches are controlled. Monitor and inform pest control technician. Follow all technician recommendations. --> Email Fraser Health past 3 pest control reports. Correction date: 1 week. Violation Score: 305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: 1) Food debris noted around base and on top of dishwasher. 2) Hole noted around power cable from the wall to dishwasher. Corrective Action(s): Remove all food sources and seal all possible entry points into unit from walls, ceiling, floor and or exterior door to control pest activity. Follow technician's recommendations. Correction date: 1 week. Violation Score: 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: 1) Main dishwashing wand switch tap leaking - water dripping when water pressure on. 2) Dairy cooler noted 12 deg. C. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all plumbing faucets are functioning properly and not leaking. Repair/replace dairy cooler unit. Operator says replacement can be afforded Summer 2019. Contact Fraser Health if unit is replaced earlier or will be delayed further. Correction date: ASAP, no longer than 6 months.

C -Dry storage organized and food off the floor. -Ice machine noted in sanitary condition -Temp logs being taken daily - note any corrective actions taken or issues noted with cooler or freezer units. ***If 2 door standing cooler breaks down the coffee shop can not operate and must be closed and Fraser Health is contacted. ***Premise can re-open once 2 door cooler is repaired.
