Routine inspection conducted: All hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. Temperature log available and mostly up to date. Clean in place equipment in sanitary condition. No recent pest activity noted at this time. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm as per test strips. 3 compartment sinks available for manual dishwashing. No dine in service available.
