Observation: Rodent droppings were found in the office area, main kitchen area, and janitorial area.
Corrective Action(s): Facility must be maintained in a pest free condition. Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings with a bleach sanitizer and monitor for pest activity. Contact pest control services as needed.
Methods to prevent further pest issues include the following: locating and sealing potential pest entry points, store foods in pest proof containers, maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary condition, remove garbage from the facility at the end of the night, and eliminate standing water.

-Under counter cooler was at 3C.
-Cake display cooler was at 4C.
-Domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-15C.
-Upright freezer was at -5C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74C on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Coffee machine steaming attachment sanitized with bleach spray sanitizer after each use.
-Equipment was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 7, 2023.
