Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BK2Q5Y. Hand sink is easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Clean storage plates/bucket available for storage of scoops. Some cleaning has been completed since previous inspection; however, it was stated that freezer unit still remains to be defrosted prior to cleaning. Ensure all areas noted on previous report are cleaned. Thermometers available for cold holding units.
