**Note: operator upstairs works irregular hours, based on orders/demand. Inspection report received by staff downstairs of the Garcha Bros Meat Store. Called operator and he indicated that they are no longer doing catering services out of this kitchen and do not use the cooler to store any meats or potentially hazardous food items. Any potentially hazardous foods found to be at >4 deg will be discarded during all future inspections.
