Corrective Action(s): - Do not wash mop head in the 3 compartment sink - this should be done at the mop sink. - Corrections have been made. Cleaning has been done throughout the premises. - Cooler panel has been repaired. - Frozen fish stored in the package box. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle and in buckets measured at 200ppm. *Hole in the wall is temporarily covered with a cardboard material - Do not use cardboard material to repair. Ensure to permanently seal the hole with a material that does not easily get damaged and degraded.
