A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CP3V8C and the following observations were made: - Soap dispenser relocated so that it is no longer above the kitchen utensils - Box of bread no longer kept on the floor beside the garbage bin - Cardboard liners replaced and a new cardboard is placed every 2 weeks - All violations resolved
