- Fridge: 1 deg C. Thermometer present in fridge.
- Freezer: -15 deg C
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted.

- Discussed cleaning and sanitizing procedures for kitchen counter tops. City of Burnaby cleans and sanitizes surfaces after each group use. Individual community groups who rent facility are responsible for sanitizing counter tops while they are using the kitchen.
- FH "Two Sink Dishwashing Method" signage provided for your reference. Please post for community groups.

**Remove old unused beverage urn and dust/ debris accumulation from cabinet under 3-compartment sink.
