Observation: 1. Debris and grease buildup noted on the fume hood and floor below the grill area.
2. Debris noted on the wall in the dishwashing area.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator is getting the area professionally cleaned and has provided evidence that the cleaning will happen on December 2, 2022.
2. Clean and sanitize the wall in the dishwashing area and maintain in a sanitary condition at all time.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washrooms, were available, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Please ensure they are ALL accessible and not blocked at any time for ease of access to allow food handlers to perform handwashing when required.
All refrigeration units were noted at 4C or below.
All freezer units were noted at -18C or below.
Proper storage hierarchy observed in the cooler units.
Rice was noted hot held at over 60C.
Bleach sanitizer container was available. 200 ppm chlorine residual detected.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 71.2C during the rinse cycle at the plate level.
Operator's FoodSafe level 1 certificate is posted and validated.
Overall organization and sanitation satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
