Observation: * Some cabinet surfaces and edges have deteriorated and require upgrade. All surfaces are to be cleanable and in proper working order.
Corrective Action(s): * Repair/replace all surfaces that have deteriorated including edges of shelving and cabinet doors where needed. Also, baseboards require updating where they are missing/deteriorated.

* Dishwasher final rinse was 50 ppm or higher (chlorine residual) at plate surface
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Sanitizer (quaternary ammonium) concentration was 200 ppm in bucket to store wiping rags
* Monitoring records were available for temperatures, etc.
* Food was covered and dated
* Menu is changing in October 2016 and Food Safety Plans to be submitted
* Liquid soap and paper towel were available at hand washing station
* Pest control program in place by Orkin (monthly inspections)
* Some upgrades to surfaces to be made in kitchen (eg. Cupboard shelving/edges, cupboard doors, etc.)
