Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of sanitizer solution for counter and table top surfaces. Staff have stopped using sanitizer and using cleaning agent only for surfaces. Bleach available on site.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - staff instructed in chlorine sanitizer preparation. Two compartment sink diagram provided to operators at time of inspection.
