A follow-up inspection was completed: - Mesh curtain purchased and installed on the front and back door to exclude pests. - The plastic, corrugated pizza pan covers were discarded and new food grade, plastic covers were in use. Purchased at Superstore. - The pizza assembly cooler was 4C. Perishable food items can be stored in the cooler. - The wooden bench has been removed and not in use any more. - Violations have been corrected by their assigned dates. ACTION - Remove all items and equipment that are extra or not being used to run the business. The premises is cluttered and difficult to clean. - Fill the gap in the floor around the grease trap so it is level, durable, smooth, sealed, and cleanable. - Remove the electric burners and table-top deep fryer as they are fire hazards and are not found under an exhaust hood system with a fire suppression system.
