Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Detergent was not injecting into dishwasher and Sanitizer tested at 10-25ppm Cl
Corrective Action(s): Detergent and Sanitizer containers were nearing empty, the two chemicals bottles were changed at time of inspection. Detergent was then observed injecting into the unit and the Sanitizer tested at 50ppm Cl.

Please be sure to routinely monitor your dishwasher chemicals and ensure they are injecting. Also, be sure to use your test strips to verify the sanitizer concentration at a minimum of 50ppm Cl.
