Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were noted at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were noted at ≤ -18C.
All food stored protected, 6 inches off the floor and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Food contact surfaces, such as the interior of the ice machine, cookline, fume hood, in-use utensils and cutting boards, all noted in a sanitary condition.
Sink and Surface Cleaner Sanitizer available. 272 ppm noted in the containers and 700 ppm noted on the wall mounted dispenser - excellent.
High temperature dish machine was able to read 200 F at the gauge level and 79.3C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest noted during the inspection.
Overall organization and sanitation noted satisfactory.

No signature required due to COVID-19.
