Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bubble tea pearls and tapioca pearls stored at room temperature. Temperature of product was 23-24C. Time tracking was not in place to indicate period of time product had been above 4C. Staff on duty was unable to locate food safety procedures.
Corrective Action(s): - Discarded by staff at time of inspection. Potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 4C or colder or 60C or above. If addressed in food safety procedures, small quantity of product may be kept at room temperature with remaining product being discarded after two hours. Time tracking must be in place.

Observation: - Ice scoop stored in ice bin and not on holder
- Ice machine lid kept open
- Open can of mango present in cooler
- Numerous open bags of dry goods present in dry storage areas
- Box of mangos and canned products stored on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): - Store ice scoop in clean location such as on designated hook or in clean container to ensure scoop handle does not come into contact with ice. [Corrected at time of the inspection]
- Keep lid to ice bin closed to protect ice from contamination
- Transfer contents of open cans to food grade container to prevent potential contamination of food products due to metal from opened can
- Ensure all food packages are tightly sealed or stored in pest proof containers.
- Store all food products 6 inches off of the floor. Remove any items not required for the operation of the food business to ensure adequate store space on shelving for food products.

Observation: - Stainless steel splashguard is present at side of warewashing sink with stickers to keep in place and wet cloths to prevent dripping which is unsanitary.

Observation: - Prep table with induction burner has been added to back storage area. This area is for storage of packaged food products only. Food preparation is not permitted within this area.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove prep table from premises. Replace with shelving unit as shown on approved plans.

- Staff/public washroom maintained with liquid soap and paper towel and air dryer.
- Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present from dispenser at 3 compartment sink for sanitizing dishes and present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Plugs present for warewashing sink to allow for dishes to be immersed. Manual dishwashing sign posted.
- Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing requirements for in use utensils and blenders pitchers with staff on duty - to be cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
