Front hand wash station provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles.
Ice scoop stored outside of ice machine and in a sanitary manner.
Tongs, scoops, and knives that are frequently used stored in ice bath. Ice bath is changed frequently.
3 preparation cooler inserts all at or below 4 degrees C. Lower sections at or below 4 degrees C.
Soup hot held above 60 degrees C.
Freezer at -15 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less.
Walk in cooler clean and organized. Ambient air temperature 3 degrees C.
Dishwasher registers 74 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
200ppm quats dispensed at 2 compartment sink.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
