Observation: During inspection Licensing reviewed children records and noted that one child is missing their medical insurance number.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the medical insurance number is on file for this child.

Observation: During inspection Licensing children' records and noted that one child's file is still missing the start date.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure start date is added to this child's file.

Observation: During inspection Licensing reviewed children's records and noted two children are missing doctor/ medical clinic information.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure doctor or medical clinic information is placed on these two children's files.
