Premise is sanitary. Hot and cold water available. Hand washing sinks with paper towel and liquid soap in use. Food protected from contamination. 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer in use. 3 compartment sink used for dishwashing. Single use containers and utensils are sanitary. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and safe practices. Staff washroom is sanitary with fully stocked hand sink. Bulk bins are sanitary with lids and labels. Permit posted at front retail area. Samples on displayed are in a bin with lid and single use containers. Facility in compliance. Recommendation: There is extra chemical cleaning inventory stored the storage area. Ensure extra inventory is stored in a safe manner and food and inventory is protected from contamination.
