Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act, Child Care Licensing Regulationand the applicable Director of Licensing Standards of Practice. All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #MPEE-BJGTVR have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated June 4, 2021 there was 2 staff and 3 children present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified therefore no action is required. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic this report was reviewed with the Licensee at the time of the inspection. This report was written upon return to the office (time spent: .25 hours) and a copy of the report was sent to the Licensee.
