Staff are now using bar fridge to store all potentially hazardous foods & will take out items as needed which are then to be immediately returned to cooler.

Comments

General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers were -18 degrees C or less
Hot holding units were over 60 degrees C
Food storage practices are generally good.
Storage areas are well-organized.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizers (bucket and spray bottle) had chlorine sanitizer concentrations over 100ppm.
General sanitation is generally good (with the exception of the above).
Chemicals are stored in a safe manner.
No signs of pests observed.
