Routine Inspection Conducted:


Observation:
- 3 compartment sink with drain plug available for manual dishwashing
- General sanitation is very good
- Ice cream machine is cleaned and sanitized on weekly basis
- Staff on-site was able to demonstrate proper manual dishwashing method
- QUATs sanitizer from dispenser and sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm with cloth fully immersed
- No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Pest control report available for review
- Food is stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Ice machine is in sanitary manner with scoop stored in clean container
- Chemical is stored away from food
- All hand sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- All coolers temperature at 4'C or below
- Protein is stored below ready-to-eat food in the walk-in cooler
- All freezers temperature at -18C or below
- Temperature log is well maintained
- Staff on-site has valid FoodSafe certificate until 2028.
- Permit is posted in plain view to public
