301 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Meat grinder is cleaned and sanitized once at the end of the day.
2) No bleach sanitizer was prepared at the time of inspection. Staff were adding bleach to the sanitizer spray bottle at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Meat grinder must be cleaned and sanitized after each use or every 4 hours of continuous use to prevent potential contamination of foods.
2) Bleach sanitizer must be prepared at 100ppm during hours of operation to allow for sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Bleach was prepared at 100ppm at the time of inspection.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat cutting station handwash station had a bar of soap and equipment was stored in the hand basin.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Liquid hand soap was placed at the hand sink at the time of inspection.

Observation: Thirteen (13) packs of Ethiopian bread were from an unapproved source. Operator stated an individuals makes the food at home and delivers it daily. Two (2) packs of "Hand Made Manti" was found stored in zipper seal bags, without any information of manufacturer. This is a continuing violation at this facility.
Corrective Action(s): All foods must be from approved sources. Thirteen packages of Ethiopian bread were removed from the facility for disposal. Two packs of "Hand Made Manti" were placed on HOLD. Public Health Act Correction Order was issued for the holding on the "Hand Made Manti" from an unknown source.
