Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from previous routine and follow up inspections: - Drip tray has been relocated from above ice well and splash guard has been installed - Operator confirmed he is purchasing ice. No ice machine noted in the food preparation area, hookah prep area, bar area or downstairs storage area at time of inspection. ** Mechanical room locked and could not be checked. Ensure keys are on site for all rooms/areas during future inspections. - No fruit flies noted at time of inspection. - All hand wash stations were fully equipped and accessible. - Discussed details of complaint rec'd regarding garbage accumulation/sanitation issues outside and foods from unapproved sources with owner. Did not note any foods from unapproved sources or garbage accumulation outside at time of inspection.
