general sanitation is good
hand sink stocked with soap and paper towels
2 comp sink available to sanitize small pieces of equipment and tools. staff informed me that large pieces of equipment are walked over to the restaurant kitchen to be washed in larger 2 comp sink. Suggest installing a larger 2 comp sink in deli area so all items can be cleaned in that department instead of moving equipment around to be washed in restaurant kitchen.
