Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza in the hot holding oven measured with an internal product temperature of 50C. The oven is set to 50C according to the setting.
Corrective Action(s): Increase the pizza oven temperature to above 60C. Reheat the aforementioned pizza to 74C then hot hold at above 60C. Hot potentially hazardous food such as pizza must be hot hold at or above 60C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Accumulation of food debris observed on the bowl of dough mixer and vegetable presser.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aforementioned food equipment immediately. Ensure equipment is maintained in sanitary conditions.

- 200ppm bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sink plugs available.
- Food products stored off the ground.
- Professional pest control contracted. No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
