Observation: Grease Trap/Interceptor requires professional cleaning/pumping.Smell from grease trap/interceptor noted during time of inspection- this can lead to contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Professional cleaning/pumping needs to be completed. Operator informed that the grease trap was recently cleaned. Please provide proof of completion (ie. invoice) to environmental health officer.

Ensure this is completed within 1 week.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk jugs being reused for sugar syrup storage. These containers are not be reused for any purpose.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all used milk jug containers. Ensure to use foodgrade containers that can be cleaned and sanitized. These containers are avaialble onsite and must be used.

Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers were found at 4c or below.
Freezer found at -18c.
Temperature logs are available.
Bleach water sanitizer found at 100ppm concentration.
Bleach water available for 3 compartment sink.
Dishwasher reached 74.7c at dish level.
Ice dispenser is in sanitary condition.
All foods located off the floor.
All foods are from approved sources.
Employee observed to wash hands during time of inspection.
Employee onsite is wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniform/apron)
Overall sanitation throughout facility is adquate.

2. Reminder: Ensure to clean the external components of all coolers when doing routine cleaning of facility.
