Observation: Trace food debris observed under concession cabinets and inside self serve butter dispenser cabinet.

Trace mouse droppings observed in corners and along walls of upper receiving corridor.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.

Handwashing facilities maintained.
Professional pest control service in place. New pest control service program in place.
Recent pest control reports have improved since previous inspection. Levels of pest activity is more accurately described and corrective measures are identified.
Note: Corrective measures described in pest control reports are implemented in a timely fashion to maximize effectiveness of pest control program.
Swing gate entrance has been equipped with a pest proofing metal strip to exclude entry of pests.
Kick plates have been removed from perimeter cabinets to allow for ease of cleaning and monitoring of pest activity.
