Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11010 - CCLR s.13(1) - A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation: One of the drawers in the JK2 classroom had stapler and scissors in it and was not locked.
Corrective Action(s): (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Manager moved the scissors and stapler on the top shelf.

Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated November 8, 2022 there were 14 children in IT classrooms and 16 children in 3-5 classroom with 6 teachers. Licensing met with the manager. At this inspection above noted contraventions were identified.
The following was discussed or education provided:
Immunization Record for staff. FH immunization record was shared.
FH registration form was shared.
Handwashing.
