Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand-sink: Wall-mounted soap dispenser is empty. Soap in the small "Softsoap" bottle on the counter has been diluted with water and is inadequate for effective hand-washing. Paper towels were out of reach of the hand-washing station.

Rear hand-sink: Sink is obstructed by a large metal table being used to store foods and equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Front hand-sink: Employees refilled the soap dispenser and moved the paper towels within reach of the front hand-washing station.

Rear hand-sink: Instructed employees to remove (or reposition) the metal table so that it doesn't block access to the rear hand-sink.
