Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again observed large quantities of perishables at room temperature: mushrooms, bean sprouts, cooked rice. The foods have been out there >2 hours as per operator

The signs that were posted as reminder for workers not to do this have faded and are unlegible

This is a repeat infraction from the last routine inspection back in January 2019 -Correction Order issued

Only have SMALL portions of perishable foods out during rush periods in order to meet the < 2 hour rule for perishable foods in the temperature danger zone: 5 --> 59 deg C

Replace the reminder signs with a more durable material -make larger and more conspicuous

-Outside the Walk-in Cooler under the bulk bins, and in the corner next to the oil boxes
-Storage rooms next to dishwasher, and stairwell has droppings

Operator cannot provide the last pest control work report (Rentokill comes in monthly)
Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect areas

Have a professional pest control company and submit a work report showing the results of the inspection

Store all dry stored foods that are lightly packaged (soft plastic, paper, nylon) in rodent proof containers

Premise is to close the business in order to meet the above corrections
