- Hot and cold running water supplied to handsink and 2 compartment sink (used for warewashing coffee brewing equipment and milk and cream containers)
- Bleach present for sanitizing. Sign posted at 2 compartment sink with manual warewashing steps.
- Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers with potentially hazardous foods were operating at required temperatures (4C or below)
- Countertop milk/cream cooler 3C

- No sign of pest activity at time of inspection. Pest control contract in place with monthly service.
