- Hand sink now properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towels (and hot and cold running water). - Bleach sanitizer solution available in labelled spray bottle at 100ppm (chlorine). Good. - Three-compartment sink was clean at time of inspection. - Insides of pizza prep cooler and dry storage counters were clean. Dry storage undercounters have been reorganized. - Food stored properly covered at time of inspection - General cleaning has been completed - Newspapers no longer being used to line food contact surfaces - Faucets were not leaky. - Please continue with cleaning and organizing efforts.
