Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated March 16, 2023, there were no children in care with the Licensee.
At the inspection, no contraventions were identified. No further action is required by the Licensee or Licensing.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed. A copy of the report and the corresponding Risk Assessment was emailed to the Manager.
The following items were discussed:
-The use of the facility's outdoor play space. The use of the outdoor play space has changed over time and the Licensee has committed to providing Licensing with a new outdoor play plan. The use of the back yard is minimal and the facility often engages in active play at the park after school pickup.
-Reviewed the facility's systems for hand hygiene.
-Discussed the facility fire extinguisher - Licensee will attach receipt.
-Discussed the requirements for site specific criminal record checks.

This report was written off site and is unsigned. A copy of the report and risk assessment was emailed to the Licensee. The summary items identified in this report were discussed with the licensee before the conclusion of the inspection and writing of this report.
