Observation #1: Light bulbs in fume hood are not working/burnt out. Light bulbs must be on to facilitate cooking and cleaning purposes [Date to be corrected by: December 21, 2018]
Observation #2: Third-compartment sink drains quickly with plug in-place. This will discourage staff from filling each compartment of the 3-compartment sink, as is required for correct ware washing (review sign posted above 3-compartment sink) [Date to be corrected by: December 21, 2018]
