Observation: Detergent-sanitizer has not been replaced. Discussion with opertor indicates that head office told them "all Ricky's use this sanitizer" and they "do not have any alternative products for sanitizer."
Label clearly indicates that food contact surfaces have to be rinsed.
To be discussed with head office. In the meantime get a food-grade sanitizer.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Premise is much cleaner but garbage can is not properly cleaned on inside and it smells strongly.
