Observation: Beer (kegs) cooler at 23.9 C at the time of inspection. Operator on site claimed that the cooler has been turned off last night because it was that cold that freeze beer.
Correction: Immediately turn on the beer cooler. Service must be conducted. The cooler has been turned on at the time of inspection.

Observation: 2 cartons of whipping cream measured to be 18°C on prep station across from range. Was told it was for butter chicken.
Correction: Perishable products must be held at 4°C or less. Educate staff to return cream to cooler when not in use.
