Observation: Noted that 3-comp sink is blocked by a dresser and completely obstructed with items stored in the sinks. Access to 3-compa sink impossible at this date until items moved. This sinks are to be used to wash and sanitize bits and pieces of slurpee machine. Mop sink and washroom sink are unsanitary for cleaning and sanitizing food cantact items.
Correction: Remove unneeded items from back room and give access to 3- comp sink. Provide adequate space to utilize the sink for wash, rinse and sanitize. Reorganize back room.
