Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Sanitizer was not ready to use or available in front area or back 2-compartment sink areas. Sanitizer to be available to sanitize counters, knives, etc.
Corrective Action(s): * Provide sanitizer in all food areas to sanitize food equipment(eg. knives, etc) and counters, etc.

Observation: * Some food stuff being stored with chemicals and other non food stuff and this is unsanitary practise and unacceptable and can lead to cross contamination

Observation: * Build up of grime/debris found around bases of equipment, inside storage and outside storage areas that requires immediate cleaning attention to maintain sanitary conditions
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL areas properly cleaned/sanitized regularly in ALL storage areas to maintain sanitary conditions

Observation: * Some bulk food bins have broken and require replacement to ensure containers and lids available for all bulk foods

* Cold-holding units were at 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Sanitizer was not available but operator set up once they were told to provide sanitizer
* Note: Cleaning/organization required immediately; aisles had lots of grime/debris swept along ends and not sanitary
* Note: outside storage also requires regular maintenance/organization
