Comments

The low temperature dishwasher still failed to produce 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface. During follow up inspection, it was observed that load of dishes were in the dishwasher. The general manager was away at the time. The general manger was informed by phone that violation ticket will be delivered to him in person tomorrow, June 21, 2019.
