Observation: Wooden cutting boards used at the produce department require replacement.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have these wooden cutting boards removed and replaced with new ones. Pictures taken at this time.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Handwashing station for produce station at the back equipped properly.
- 2 compartment sink satisfactory. Bleach available on site.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle.
- Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place.

General sanitation of the retail area satisfactory, but produce department requires an improvement as discussed at this time.
