Routine inspection conducted: - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - Handwashing station for produce station at the back equipped properly. - 2 compartment sink satisfactory. Bleach available on site. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle. - Professional pest control company contracted. Traps in place. General sanitation of the retail area satisfactory, but produce department requires an improvement as discussed at this time. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
