-No significant changes to kitchen area
-Construcrion appears to comply wirh BC Food Premises Regulation req'ts
-Hand-sinks supplied with hot and cold water (ensure paper towel and soap dispensers are filled prior to reopening to the public)
-Cooler temps satisfactory (Ensure to confirm all cooler temps again after all construction finishing work completed)
-Freezer temps satisfactory
-Dishwasher supplying >50ppm chlorine residual during rinse cycle
-Sanitizer concentration at dispenser is 200ppm concentration (Quats)
-Facility must be completely cleaned of all dust/debris and construction equipment prior to reopening to the public
